According to a new study we are actually a nation of true romantics who prefer to show our love the old-fashioned way.

The study – conducted by romance and flower experts Interflora – which involved 2,000 people, set out to discover more about modern relationships and found that a surprising number of us had fallen in love at first sight. And, despite the 50 Shades of Grey effect, when it comes to relationships laughter, support and friendship are deemed more important than money or sex.
