Freedom is precious and shouldn’t be taken for granted. Summertime is precious and shouldn’t be taken for granted. Get out and enjoy both with those you care about and raise a toast to the many that have fought, have died, and those currently, defending our freedom to barbeque, blow stuff up, and most importantly, to live free from tyranny and oppression. If you need a reminder how fortunate we are, July 4th is also Liberation Day in Rwanda, marking the end of the horrific genocide.
