  1. This is much higher than a normal expectation for any bridesmaid or maid of honor. Mine will pay less than half of that, and if someone had to travel why should they fly back for every little party. That is asking too much. As a bride you should consider the effort the wedding party puts in all year as your gifts from them not the $200 plus dollars budgeted here. Be thankful and not greedy.
