I think businesses need to wlk a fine line and have the right person in charge of their social media sites- if they dont have someone responsible with a level head it can be a nightmare.

I think it can be both. You can use Facebook for Personal use and at the same time for Business, it depends on how big the business is. If it’s just a small business or a part time business, i think it’s not bad to insert it in your Personal facebook account. Some people that i know do that. You update your personal facebook account and at the same time dealing business, which for me is more convenient because you are just maintaining 1 account.
