Although Collier County, Florida, which is home to Naples and Marco Island, had the warmest winter climate overall, Citrus County received the highest overall score. Citrus County balanced desirable weather with affordable living costs and a lower population density, making it an attractive option for snowbirds seeking both comfort and value.
